A Man of Integrity
Providing quality and balanced education in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural setting through local and international curriculum

School Management
Chudleigh Limited was incorporated in 1990 to specifically run Chudleigh House School. The School was officially opened in 1993 by Mr. John Mupanga Mwanakatwe S. C. In 2002, Chudleigh Limited invited shareholders on board to consolidate the management. The move resulted in an increased capital injection and an influx of new ideas that has led to the success of the organisation.
Property Management
Over the years much work has been done on the School property. We have worked tirelessly on building projects designed to accommodate the growing School population. Available infrastructure includes classrooms, 2 laboratories, a library, a computer lab and a staff room. The company maintains the landscape and has set up a playground & sports fields.
Educational Facilities
Chudleigh House School has commissioned two 'international school standard' physics and Chemistry labs. This was done to provide a visual and practical aspect to the learning of Science. The labs stimulate a greater interest in the sciences and promote teamwork and co-operation. The School library supplements the teaching efforts of our staff. The School continuously invests in books.
Information and Communication Technology
A unique feature of the School is the introduction of Information Technology to the child at Grade One. After Grade seven the child is introduced to the concept of communication thus learning information and communications technology in full. This has helped the children to not only pass the subject with flying colours but also to learn to see the computer as a useful tool in their daily lives. The School has invested heavily into a state of the art computer lab.
Curriculum and Examinations
The School curriculum is based on the requirements of the examinations council of Zambia. It is enriched by experiences from other countries such as Britain, Australia and the United States of America. Our pass marks have always been above 90 %. The School is an approved center for Grade 7, Grade 9 and Grade 12 examinations. Plans to introduce skills training in home economics, textiles, metalwork and woodwork are afoot.
